I ran into a couple friendly guys at Oshkosh representing the NZ FlyInn. Turns out my whole family is dying to see NZ and we were not hard to get signed up! So we will be visiting your beautiful country in Feb 2028. And that's the earliest slot open! Hah! If anybody happens to be free in 20 months (and who doesn't plan that far out?) I'd be thrilled to meet up and buy a round! Our tour is only the south island but if you have any suggestions for must-see stuff on either island I'd love to hear about that too.
