Did the rudder hinge spacing change sometime since 2004? I looked for a change in the Engineering Notices but didn't see anything. VR3 drilled the tail post at 37 1/4" as specified in the drawing but my Avipro rudder hinges are spaced at 38 3/4". No a big deal, just wondering what I'm missing.

I didn't see anything in the engineering notices either. I see my LSA plans show 38 3/4" spacing. Is it possible the hinges were welded on with the wrong jig at Avipro? -
