K im sold on the idea its in real good condition then I will decide on the fixed pitch sensinich or a constant speed

N942VT..... have you got the model of your blades on your pcu5000 governor ? I would like to do some pricing on blades for the governor maybe look for some used blades I know nothing about constant spped props yet

Make sure you get to know lots about constant speed props, blades, hubs, workable combinations, pertinent Advisory Circulars (especially Hartzell), obsolescence, and governors, before investing in that used market.

Sure is nice to see your rate of progress, keep it up!

Thanks. I see there is lots to learn here about investing in a used constant speed prop/governor combo. I have lots of time to do my homework. I just listed my 8242 on barnstormers. Will see what hppens. Im off to the basement to plan out my rear spars. Later
