Air Vents

Air vents made from 2" 6061 tubing, flat sheet .050 5052 and 1.5" PVC drain pipe with caps. I spun the tubing on my drill with a drum sander mandrel and used a coarse file to take off approx .005". Used a 3/16 mill cutter and hand feed then in the drill press for the slots. Used a lathe to machine down the inside of the cap to fit over the 2" tube and the outside for weight. 3 sets here but one is already done. next firewall shutoff's.

Nice! At this point we only have NASA scoops in the lower Boot Cowl but we might want to add these too....
