  • Engine baffle clearance

Looking for dimension to shoot for as far as clearance of engine baffle metal to nosebowl, cowl doors. Fabbing baffles and thinking a 3/4 inch clearance from the baffle metal itself to cowling. Sound adequate? Thanks again

I asked this question too but didn’t get any feed back. I wanted things as tight as possible so went with 1/2”. Turns out that is ok in some places and not in others. 3/4” is probly good.
