wing tip rib----

has anyone considered making the tip rib thicker to make a bit more meat for the wing tip to anchor into ?

or perhaps some kind of doubler around the edge like the root rib ?
I am guessing you would use some type of clip nut to hold the tips on--- seems like it might be nice to have some kind of semi-hard point for them
to resist being bent when putting in or removing the screws.

I would build per print. I owned a plane for 20 years and never removed the screws holding the tips on.

Yes I did.
increased the flange to 7/8 to allow for different wing tip mounting opitions.

I would think most people would want to take the tips off once a year to spray the insides of the wing with corrosion x.
but thats just me----
