Did you have to mod the gear legs? Thanks, Terry

Disregard my question. I can see the mod to the gear legs in the last photo. Shoulda looked closer. Terry

Nice! Got any spots picked out to test them on?

I've been getting used to them at the usual spots so far. The plane is for sure more capable than I am. I've got some good trout fishing spots with big meadows nearby. I want to explore backwoods Maine more also.

I am curious what differences you see landing and taking off with the big tires. When I put the 26" Goodyears on mine, apart from the higher nose attitude on the ground, I couldn't really feel any differences in how it handled. How does yours feel with the big tires? Mark

I would be interested to know, same as Mark. I was going toward 26" like Mark; you've got me thinking.

Also, what 5kt airspeed loss did you see - was this at the top end with 75%, or in lower power cruise e.g. 55%?
