Build Log

What build logs are people using ? I’ve looked at a few, some are platform specific.
Is anyone using http://webuildplanes.com It looks like it has all the prerequisites and is cloud based, therefore multi-platform.
Appreciate any feedback.

I'm using Kitlog Pro but I have a Mac computer so I had to purchase a Parallels desktop as Kitlog Pro does not work with Mac computers.

it seems to be pretty good, actively developed, and decent. He imported my KitLogPro export into the site, so that was definitely nice. There isn’t a print out option yet, though, for DAR inspection. The developer has that on the roadmap, so it should come soon, but he’s definitely done a lot of great work with it.

I wish I knew about https://webuildplanes.com/ when I started. I'm using a basic blogger platform now https://bearhawk4place.blogspot.com/. I'm not all that thrilled with it.

I went with the EAA log over webuildplanes.com because it is simple and easy to navigate (for me) and all build logs are available to the public if the builder chooses so that you don't have to have an account just to see someone's log. It's not a perfect platform, but when I have a comment or find a bug I just message the developer through the site and he always responds within a day or two.

More than anything, it's backed by the EAA, so you know it's not just going to dissolve. But if it does, you can easily export everything.
