Save the Date for Bob's Fly-in 10-21-2023 at VA04

Bob's Fly-in will be on Saturday, October 21st this year, at his airport VA04 just north of Roanoke Virginia. Plan to arrive in the morning and stay for lunch. Bring a side dish as you are able.

If you would like driving or flying directions feel free to reply here. If you haven't driven or flown before, you will probably want driving or flying directions!

We are planning to be there and hope to see you.

Oct 21st is the date scheduled for my glider check-ride. ...unless I cancel because I haven't found enough time to study and be ready to pass the oral portion.

I will be attending as well as another Patrol builder from FDK... will fly in if weather permits, otherwise a very early departure from FDK and drive down.
