Trip to Oshkosh

Looking for advise on a good airport in eastern Iowa, or western Wisconsin to overnight at on the way to Oshkosh. Requirements are tent camping allowed and a courtesy car. Could fly to Oshkosh in one day but that would be nearly 8 hours in the air, not counting fuel stops. I want to arrive fresh, early in the morning. When I flew to Oshkosh in a friends Skylane in 2021, we over nighted in Mason City which nicely meets our requirements. However it is close to two hours from Oshkosh and I would like to be closer than that.

We might swing by Brodhead for the Pietenpol fly in. They don't advertise a car but do have catered meals on the airport.

That looks like fun. I'll be at the Supercub event in New Holstien, 130 miles to the northeast. I'll watch for an opportunity to fly down just for fun.

We are overnighting in Sauk Prairie Saturday night, which is very close to Osh, and doing a formation arrival with a gaggle of Sportsman/Glastar first thing Sunday morning.
