Even if refineries continue to produce 100LL, by 2030 we will lose the benefit of scale and all pricing pressure will be to the upside.

Mogas has that benefit of scale. Although it is currently viewed by many of us as "interesting but inconvenient", that conversation is likely to change over the 4 years.
