Can any of you builders confirm I've got this setup correct. Bushings are captured by bolt head/pedal tube and nut/washer/pedal tub. Tabs (links) rotate about the bushings? Pictures appreciated if convenient. Thanks so much - Dave rear pedal cable links.jpg rear pedal cable links 2.jpg

The links go next to each other on the outside of the pedal, but in reverse order from what you show. That makes them tight against each other at the pedal attach point, but leaves a space at each end for the cable eye. There is a small bushing that goes in the gap that the pin goes through and the cable eye goes around.Attached Files

Unfortunately Bob feels that his prints are entirely adequate for the build and Mark won’t endorse anything that Bob doesn’t approve. They are missing a real opportunity. Is there something you are stuck on?

Recently gave a 1.5 hour presentation at EAA524 on Bearhawks in general and about a half hour each on the four place and Patrol. The comment from all the folks that took a good look at the plans was essentially in the negative/con side of the decision matrix. No one expects the hand-holding seen in Zenith and Vans plan/manual, but something beyond hand-inked Pober Pixie- level would def have an impact on how many folks elect to build.
