The seat foam came from Oregon aero or the other major RV interior vendor, I cant remember which. Specifically, they are foam for the Rans S7S, which fit the Bearhawk frames pretty good. Then, a local auto upholstered took it from there.

Wow, very nice. I like the look of the polished aluminum skin with your paint color scheme.
I'm curious to see what would be the speed gain with the wheel pants...
Mike.

Spectacular ! Great job. Question: did you do your own seats? Do you have a pattern for the foam? I really like what you have there....
Cheers

Well, there's a couch, recliner and TV in my hangar, so does that count? ☺ï¸

Thanks Mark. Couldn't have done it without your help.

Very nice Greg! I'm thinking about EFII too. Did you use a header tank?

N22GM IO360 EFII Dynon
First flight N22GM was a few weeks ago. Has a Bob IO360 with EFII fuel injection and electronic ignition. Dynon panel. Fight went pretty well, had some cooling issues that were solved by a bigger cowl exit and a spoiler. Needed a tiny bit of rudder trim. Fabric is Oratex, with vinyl trim. You do not have permission to view this gallery.
