    Hello Bearhawk family,
My family and I are missionaries with ProjectAmaZon, a church planting mission, in Santarém, Brazil. The mission has two floatplanes (Zenair 701 and Murphy Rebel) and a RV6. Last month we purchased the only Bearhawk flying in Brazil (that we know of). Excited to learn more here on the website.

Great to have you Matt! The plane looks fantastic; congrats on the purchase. I'm excited to have the only know TCM IO360 powered BH that is flying here on the forum. Hopefully there will be two more flying in the next year.

I think we need some more pics...especially of what's under the cowl.

Hello Matt. You must have bought the Zanetti owned Bearhawk from Cuiaba'. That is great. The plane just sat parked for so many years after it was built. Fantastic that it will be put to use. I have met the pilot who did the test flying when your plane was new, but have never seen the plane in person. Let us know if we can help you in any way. Congratulations, and um abraco. Mark Goldberg. Bearhawk Aircraft

Yes Mark. That was it. It had 17 hours on the tach when we picked it up- mostly from being ground run.

Welcome! I'd love to have a photo of your plane for the 2017 Bearhawk calendar.

Jon, here are a couple pics from under the cowling. Jared, I am not a picture taker (I've turned that over to my 2 selfie-obsessed teenage daughters). Any specific shot you would like?

(that was a joke-- the girls are not that bad )

The first plane for example pictures (with the dark blue and red stripes) looks like an outstanding aircraft! ;-)

Looks great Matt. Thanks for posting the engine pics. I hope you are able to share more performance info as you gain experience in the BH.
