Just wanted to drop a few quick tips here.
Drilling
I found that the springy dampeners (the ones that slide onto the drill bit) are inconvenient and simply using a longer drill bit (6") works well for protecting the material from drill impact.
Deburring
Getting to places with the deburring bit is sometimes difficult. Eventually I came up with these contraptions to get to the hard places. There are also reverse deburring bits which might work better for some situation but they tend to be extra pricy.
1) Deburring bit on a piece of pitot-static tubing, the stiff kind

2) A grinder bit on a piece of pitot-static tubing (also works in a drill chuck)

3) A ball diamond grinder bit and a steady hand
