  • 3d Printed Audio Jacks

I took someone's starting idea and changed it to fit my needs. I created it in CAD from ground up. It's a 3 port (Mic,Phono,LEMO) and 2 Port (Mic, Phono) Recessed audio jack.

Link has all files. I also created a cutting template. It is 1mm over sized on all sides.

Can you provide the exact dimensions for the opening and screw holes? I think these would work well for my 3D printed wing closeout panels.

The openings you have to cut are
          3 port is 3.3" x 2.95"
          2 port is 2.3" x 2.95"

Thanks. what is the spacing on the screw holes? I will add enough material on my print to accept the screws.

Nev’s Plastic Printing operation delivered some goodies to me today.

The Bose A20 battery holders that clip on the 4B cross tubes above your head are exceptionally well made and help tidy the cockpit up. Highly recommend!

He has also provided a holder for the electronic CO monitor which would be really good if I could find where I’ve put it or remember who I lent it to ….

Just added a post HERE. I've uploaded a range of tubing grips to fit the cockpit 3/4" tubes. The Bose battery holders (someone else's design from printables.com) and Carbon Monoxide monitor can be attached easily to the tubing grips.

I think we need a forum group just for 3d printed stuff.
