Congratulations, looks great! Did you fabricate the headrests?

The headrests were part of the seats. I'm not sure what airplane type those seats came out of originally.

Beautiful Gary!! Congratulations. Love the paint scheme.
Hey is that a standard vertical stab or slightly modified? I'm very interested in the effects.

Congratulations, looks great. Do you have an idea of cruise speed? Whatā€™s the empty weight?

Vertical fin was slightly modified just to extend dorsal..previously done by someone else for float plane benefits is my guess. Ended up a little heavy...skylight, doors, interior panels etc all adds up too quick. 1450. Thinking 125 mph or so. Hard to say. Early days and been looking at too many other things. Plus I'm new to constant speed and working that out. Only 2.4 hours. Should know more in a few weeks as I'm on holidays away from my plane. So sad.

I'm very interested to hear your reports on the effect of the extended fin Gary (looks the business). It'll be obvious from the start. When you fill the fuel tanks up each time, if both tanks take the same amount then it's likely that you're flying it in balance consistently which would indicate a good level of yaw stability.
