There has been steady progress getting this issue resolved. A fix has been designed and tested per Bob's instructions. All seems to work well now. A little additional testing will happen on a few more master cyls before we start machining the fix into all the master cyls. It has taken too long for me, but resolution of the problem is getting closer. Should be another month or two to complete the testing and get the needed machining done. Mark

        Mark:
Will Bearhawk swap out the master cyclinders that were sent with the kits or will the replacement parts be sent.

Not sure how it will all work out. But likely swap them out as the older ones can be modified to work well with the fix. Mark

            Virgil:
Mark G. had posted in January that testing on Bob's brake master cylinder redesign was progressing. It has been several months and wondering if there continues to be progress and when parts or replacements will be available.

Roger, one feature of the forum is that you can tag members by starting with the "at" symbol and then typing their name. That will give them an extra notification to know you are talking to them. There's a good chance Virgil would see your reply but I'll tag him just to be sure he gets a notification.

Hey Guys, we have the final version of the cylinders here and are currently testing. All appears to be going well. We will begin the exchange process as soon as I have a stock of the new cylinders. I will be mailing you replacement cylinders with a return slip inside. You will simply put your old master cylinders in the box with the new label and send them back to me. If you have old cylinders or are owed a set of cylinders send an email to info@bearhawkaircraft.com with name, quantity of cylinders and address. We have an on going list, but never hurts to double check. Thanks everyone.
