Airworthiness certificate on 8/21 and first flight on 9/15/2024. A bit of right wing heaviness and a G3X vibration issue to be fixed but it flies very nicely.
Can you keep us updated on the numbers your getting and will discover in the test flight phase? I'm curious of stuff like performance, and empty weights.
Following up on this just to add to the general knowledge base. You can see in the image from Utah-Jay that FlightAware is reporting MLAT data. This comes from their network of ground stations and it represents transponder data not ADSB data. When I ran a Public ADSB Performance Report, I couldn't find any data at all. This led me to poking around in my transponder settings (GTX-335) where I eventually found that the GPS data source was not properly configured and that 1090ES transmit was disabled. After fixing that, I can run a Performance Report and FlightAware shows ADSB instead of MLAT. I'm guessing that the algorithm for triangulating MLAT transponder data to estimate speed just doesn't work very well.
